Agile Methodology
GKSS employs Agile project management tools to help enterprises adopt the iterative approach for a faster product development culture. Throughout the product development lifecycle, the agile development methodology provides both the developers and clients to assess the direction of the project.
Scrum Methodology
GKSS uses scrum methodology that relies upon an incremental development of an application. This is maintained through regular corrections and transparent upgrades. With this practice, the team involved is able to communicate and collaborate with the clients on regular basis and have the flexibility to adapt with to the ongoing business realities.
Waterfall Methodology
GKSS uses this methodology for clients who prefer one-time project delivery. GKSS team first analyses and then determines the project requirement and needs before plunging into development.
